Cereal Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups cereal of choice

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 Cup honey

  • optional 1/2 tsp salt

  • optional 3 Tbs protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients and pour into pan. place a second sheet of parchment over top, and press the cereal down firmly into pan.

  3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes, or until firm
